Which instructions take priority?
Always follow the garment’s care label and any instructions on its product page. These general tips do not replace garment-specific guidance.
How should I wash it?
Turn the garment inside out, use a gentle detergent and avoid harsh bleaching products. Select a temperature and cycle allowed by the care label.
Can I tumble-dry it?
Only if the care label permits it. For printed graphics, air-drying away from strong direct heat is the gentler general option.
Can I iron the print?
Do not place a hot iron directly on the graphic. If ironing is permitted by the care label, iron the garment inside out using an appropriate setting.
What if the print arrives damaged?
Contact us with your order reference and a photo if possible. These care tips do not limit your rights if an item is faulty or not as described.
